They should focus on the cops who didnt do anything instead of videogames.
It is unfortunate that this particular school was a perfect trifecta of failure:
1. No school security,
2. Klondike cops as police that did not follow their training,
3. No external fencing or self locking doors. No repair for doors to one particular classroom or a simply mechanical throw bolt to use in an emergency.
There are no grounds to sue the manufacturer of the firearms except to attempt to drive them out of business. They broke no laws and it was sold after a background check (that the FBI could have stopped).
Again suing a game manufacturer and Instagram is simply a reach for irrelevant deep pockets.
